A pharmaceutical commercial team was managing sales performance across multiple brands through a combination of manual spreadsheets and static monthly reports. Leadership had no real-time view of revenue versus plan, gross-to-net movements, or volume trends — making it difficult to respond to market changes with confidence.
We designed and delivered a two-module Power BI dashboard suite: a Sales Summary view showing actuals versus plan, revenue by brand, volume trends, and run rates across fiscal periods; and a Gross-to-Net (GTN) module breaking down discount percentages, net sales, rebates, and GTN type trends with full drill-down capability by brand, month, and currency.
A multi-brand organisation needed a consolidated financial intelligence platform that could give finance and commercial leadership a single view of revenue performance, volume trends, regional splits, and gross-to-net dynamics — across multiple brands, business units, and geographies — without relying on manual consolidation every month.
We built a Financial Insights Dashboard with two core modules: a Sales Overview showing revenue actual versus plan by month and brand with volume unit tracking and regional breakdowns; and a Gross-to-Net analysis module showing net sales trends, rebates as a percentage of sales, product returns, and GTN factor ratios across all brands. We designed a single-page executive Power BI dashboard consolidating key performance metrics — actual vs. plan, growth versus prior year, objective attainment, and a forward trend indicator — all refreshed automatically from existing data sources. The result was a single trusted view that replaced hours of manual preparation with a live, always-accurate dashboard.
Qatar Airways' analytics team needed a structured, data-driven view of competitor capacity performance across the pre-COVID, COVID-impact, and post-COVID recovery periods. The analysis had to cover three core capacity metrics — Flights, Seats, and Available Seat Kilometers (ASKs) — and provide clear, comparable insight into how the competitive landscape had shifted structurally since the pandemic, enabling strategic capacity planning decisions.
We designed and built a Power BI Capacity Performance Overview dashboard presenting a like-for-like comparison across four data-driven COVID phases: Pre-Impact Baseline (Jan–Mar 2020), COVID Shock Period (Apr–May 2020), Stabilisation & Transition (Jun–Dec 2020), and Recovery Phase (Jan 2021 onward). The dashboard surfaces KPIs for each phase — including % variance versus pre-COVID baseline — and provides a dynamic monthly trend chart allowing toggling between Flights, Seats, and ASKs. Visual design followed Qatar Airways brand standards throughout.
